Tommy's Grilled Sausage Burger

Barbeque Sauce:

  • 3 18 oz. Bottles of Kraft Barbeque Sauce
  • 6 oz. Bottle of Budweiser Beer
  • 1 tbls. of Mustard
  • 1 tbls. of Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 cup of Honey
  • 1/4 cup of Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1/4 cup of Chopped Onion

Combine all ingredients and simmer over low heat for :20 minutes.  Let sauce come to a slow boil.

Burger Ingridents:

  • 1 lb. Ground Chuck
  • 2 lbs. of Polk Sausage
  • 2 lbs. Ground Venison
  • 1 tbls. of Paprika
  • 1 tbls. of Black Pepper
  • 1 tbls. of Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbls. of Onion Powder
  • 1/4 cup of Chopped Onion
  • 1/4 cup of Chopped Green Pepper
  • 1 tbls. of Season All

Combine Venison and Sausage together.  Add dry ingredients, make sizable burgers for the grill.  Place burgers on the grill and cook until done.  Dip burgers in sauce when done.  Use hamburger buns or Italian Bread.
