FEMA Begins Formaldehyde Testing for Trailer Residents

FEMA trailer residents living along the Gulf Coast can have their mobile homes tested for formaldehyde. The Federal Emergency Management Agency is beginning a testing program. This comes after a Centers for Disease Control report earlier this month which found that more than 500 tested trailers in Mississippi and Louisiana had about five times the amount of formaldehyde than in a modern home. Testing may begin this week.
