Hudson's Burglarized

By David Kenney

This week Crime Stoppers needs your help in finding several people who looted a local business recently.

What they probably don't know is that their crime was caught on tape, including their faces and what they took.

The surveillance video from the crime shows a man holding a small boulder, then hurling it through the front door of the Hudson's on Terry Road.

It happened at 2:44 a.m. May 21st.

Not only were there several individuals involved, they made several trips inside.

We counted four separate trips for one individual in the video.

Each time he leaves, loaded down with clothes.

The last trip, carrying just a pair of shoes, and picking up the merchandise the others dropped.

Detective Fred Nelson describes them as, "Black males mid 20's or maybe 30's. Individuals grabbed a lot of items they actually made several trips to the store over a period of time."

A short time after the first group left, another man jumps out of a white Chevy truck and enters the same way as the others.

He boldly carries one load of clothes out, then returns for a second load.

Jackson police are hoping someone recognizes the thieves or their vehicles.

The first group jumped out of a maroon Buick.

If you have any information about any of the individuals who burglarized Hudson's, call Crime Stoppers at 355-tips, that's 355-8477.
