Spiced Almonds


  • 2 c. Whole Blanched Almonds
  • 2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp. Curry Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

Preheat oven to 300°.  Place almonds in baking pan; toss with olive oil, curry powder, salt and cayenne.  Bake until lightly roasted, about 25 minutes.  Let pan cool on a wire rack.


Can use ground cumin and black pepper in place of the curry powder and cayenne.

Yield: 2 Cups (serving size: 1 tablespoon)
