Bourbon Basted Salmon

  • 1 lb. Salmon Filets
  • 1/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Bourbon Whiskey
  • 3 Tbsp. Chopped Green Onions
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Canola Oil

Directions:

Pour marinade over fish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.  Broil for 12 minutes, basting halfway through cooking.

Serves 4
