Easy Pear Crisp

  • 3 Graham Crackers
  • 1/4 c. Light Butter
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Splenda Granular
  • 3 c. Bartlett Pears, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Water
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350ยบ.  Spray an 8x8 inch baking dish with cooking spray.  Set aside.  Place first 4 ingredients and 1/4 c. Splenda in bowl of a food processor to make topping.  Blend until crumbly.  Set aside.  Toss together last 5 ingredients and 1/4 c. Splenda.  Place in preapred baking pan.  Cover with topping.  Bake in preheated oven 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbling around the edges.
