Classic Hot Crab Dip

CLASSIC HOT CRAB DIP  

  • 3/4 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 4 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. lump crabmeat
  • Paprika

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Mix first 7 ingredients and stir well.  Add the cheddar cheese and crabmeat and combine thoroughly.  Coat a medium casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray and add crab mixture.  Sprinkle with paprika.  Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.  Serve warm with baked crackers or toast.  Serving size: 1 tablespoon
