CARAMELIZED ONION DIP
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cover and cook 8 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Stir in vinegar, honey, and white pepper. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; cook, uncovered, 10 minutes or until onion is golden and liquid evaporates, stirring occasionally.
Combine onion mixture, mayonnaise, sour cream, yogurt, and salt in a bowl; cover and chill. Serve with bagel chips. Yield 1 1/4 cups.
