Cranberry Salsa


  • 1 (12 oz.) bag cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 bunch green onions cut into 3 inch lengths
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 3/4 cup sugar (can use Splenda if desired)
  • 1 pinch salt

Combine all ingredients in bowl of food processor.  Chop to medium consistency.  Serve immediately, or chill for later use.  Serve at room temperature with baked pita, tortilla or bagel chips.
