Preheat oven to 350º. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; set aside. In large bowl, with electric mixer, beat margarine and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in egg, then flour mixture and oats. Gently fold in raisins. On ungreased baking sheets, drop by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart. Bake 15 minutes or until edges are golden. On wire wrack, cook 5 minutes; remove from sheets and cool completely.
